Still stuck after these checks? Email support and include the details above so we can get oriented quickly.

How do I import a document?

Open SignBack and choose a file or scan a page. You can also send a supported document to SignBack from another app's share sheet.

How do I create and place a signature?

Create a drawn or typed signature, select it from your Signature Wallet, and place it where it belongs. Resize or reposition it before exporting the finished PDF.

What does Fast Fill do?

Fast Fill looks for likely names, dates, initials, signatures, addresses, checkmarks, and text fields. It may miss unusual layouts or difficult scans, so review the entire document before sending it.

How do document summaries work?

On supported devices, SignBack uses the on-device SystemLanguageModel provided through Apple's Foundation Models framework, the model technology behind Apple Intelligence, to create a local summary and surface key document text. Availability depends on the device, system software, language, Apple Intelligence settings, and model availability. Summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate, are not legal advice, and never replace reading the original.

Where are my documents and signatures stored?

SignBack stores working documents, signatures, identities, templates, and settings in its private container on your device. SignBack does not send that content to a SignBack server. Files you export or save elsewhere are controlled by the destination you choose.

How do I delete my SignBack data?

Delete saved documents, signatures, identities, and templates inside SignBack. Removing the app deletes its local container subject to Apple backup and restore behavior. Delete previously exported files separately from Files, iCloud Drive, Mail, Messages, or other destinations.

Why won't a SignBack Packet open?

SignBack Packet files require SignBack on iPhone or iPad. Update the app, then try opening the packet again from Files or the original sharing app. Ask the sender to resend it if the file was changed or damaged.

Is SignBack accessible with VoiceOver and other assistive technology?

Yes. SignBack includes VoiceOver labels on icon buttons and placed fields, Edit, Duplicate, and Delete actions in the VoiceOver actions rotor, support for Dynamic Type text sizing, Reduce Motion alternatives for animated elements like the document scanner overlay, and haptic feedback throughout. If something isn't working well with an assistive technology you use, email support with your device model and iOS or iPadOS version so we can look into it.

How do I report a privacy concern?

Email support@signback.io and put "Privacy" in the subject. The Privacy Policy explains local processing, optional Apple services, support messages, retention, and deletion.
